I am having a mess. This is a common dish where I am from and yes it is called a mess in restaurants.

Fried loose hamburger
Fried onions
Baked fries (deep fried if you prefer)
Stuffing (similar to chicken or turkey stuffing)
Gravy
Cheese

Lay down your fries, top with hamburger, onion, stuffing, gravy and cheese.
Add Ice tea to drink.

It all depends on the coat....

If I fit nicely into a coat I just bought, then I’ll have my sister’s favorite meal from Big Boys; A Slim Jim with Fries.

I’m not sure what I’ll have if I don’t fit the coat, but it will be something gluten-free and low on carbs like a Caesar salad.

Either way I’ll be thankful to have a nutritious meal.

English style meat pie and a side salad with lettuce, tomato, chick peas, chopped green onion, bean sprouts, topped with 3 cheese and ranch dressing. Ice tea.

Seafood alfredo.

Steamed asparagus, a carrot and a little celery.
Added chopped up imitation crab. Made alfredo sauce with butter, cream, cream cheese and garlic. Mixed the steamed veggies with my sauce. Just added some fresh sage and oregano, and a squeeze of lemon.

Ok. I'm gonna toot my own horn..its really good!

Last night was 2 chili dogs and a Peanut Buster Parfait from DQ. They were delicious! I deserved a treat after the day I had in outpatient surgery.

I know; it's terrible because they are junk but I do like to have something 'naughty' every day and that fits the bill. Yesterday was Taste of Seattle granola and the day before was dehydrated apple and pear slices (high sugar content).

I had a MorningStar Farms Grillers Prime veggie burger with avocado mayo, mustard and pickles on a toasted Artisan bun. Baby carrots dipped into Bolthouse Farms Creamy Caesar yogurt dressing. A blend of Kettle Heroes small batch popcorns. Hatch Green Chili Cheddar and Aged White Cheddar. Delicious! Water to drink.

Russians, Ukrainians, and Poles have been making cabbage soups for centuries. Please notice how slim all those Russian "baboushkas" are. Obviously a sure thing for weight loss....lol

PS. I think you might lose more weight carrying in 50 lb sacks of potatoes from the fields on your back.
