Butch Femme Planet - What are you having for dinner tonight?

Just had this for lunch and it is really good. Still have some left, so thinking I will just have it for dinner as well along with a spinach salad.

Ham Roll Ups

The filling consists of diced smoked lox salmon, softened cream cheese, sour cream, basil, chives and a good sprinkling of old bay. Good stuff!

Changed my mind. I am making Salmon Muffins for dinner. They smell really good too. :)

A perfectly seasoned pork chop that I fried in a bit of olive oil. I also had a sweet potato with it. It was delish.
