Odyssey Bookshop at 114 West Front Street in Port Angeles is loaded with goodies although it's a bit of a maze and not well organized! Lots of stuff for kids as well as books, cards, postcards, and journals. |
Leavenworth, Washington Christmas Lighting Festival
The Christmas lights festival begins on December 1st, with activities and holiday bazaars and shopping local merchants until the 17th of December. I've only been once, years ago, but it's a charming mountain community, with lots of things to do. Especially during the fall months....it's just gorgeous to spend an afternoon drive to see the beautiful trees and during Christmas, the festival of lights is simply breath taking with all its magical charm. Here's an link to this year's calender of events: http://leavenworth.org/calendar/list/ http://www.meteoweb.eu/wp-content/up...12/Main-St.jpg |
