Dinner
I am grilling today. I will serve citrus chicken, link sausage, pork chops, baked potatoes, and corn on the cob. Off the grill treats include deviled eggs, queso, a veggie side, and dessert TBD.

corn on the cob carrots cabbage cooked it in my new 9 quart vegetable steamer also, made some really good cornbread lately, my cornbread has been hit or miss in terms of tastiness ... this was ROCKSTAR cornbread if I am allowed to say so myself ... LOL! :) |
I had chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and spicy potato wedges aka jo jo's with ketchup. Grape flavored water to drink and strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert.

we are camping so burgers last nite and bbq chicken tonite, sides are baked beans, Mac & cheese, or mashed potatoes, beer or water to drink, mug cakes and brownies for dessert 🍻

More nuggets tonight but with mini tater tots this time. I also had some fresh blueberries and wild strawberry flavored water.

Some kimchee and a Pilsner beer...to Hell with over-priced tapas and wine the colour of bull's blood.

Tonights choice,
Homemade Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, fresh garlic. Add in shrimp and fresh spinach...oh yum! Various steamed veggies. Clean out the veggie drawer! |

I’m thinking I’ll make a Mexican version of my hot dish recipe. Add beans and taco seasoning and cheese. It already has corn and tomatoes. Should be good....

I don't know what it was but it was good. I toasted some naan and then layered swiss cheese and sliced roast beef and put it back in the oven and then schmeared some horseradish sauce on top when I took it out. As I ate it, I strategically placed dill pickle slices on top. Peach water to drink.

I'm having an small garden salad of Romaine leaves, cucumbers sliced up festively, carrots, roasted peas, an handful of fresh organic Raspberries and Blackberries, plant-based meatless 'meat', chia seeds and Sesame Tahini stick salad toppers, topped off with an vegan Cesar dressing.
Dessert will be an Think Thin high-protein bar (Lemon Delight). :cherry: |

Air fried wings and baked squash seasoned with green onions and dill. And I have leftovers for dinner tomorrow.
