Nope. That's tomorrow. I like to mix it up now and then. Just to keep you off balance.

Oh, wait. That's what girls do.

Nevermind.

went to a country buffet..... my daughter took me out and we ate everything!

Gemme 05-05-2010 11:35 PM

A small green salad and it was *supposed* to be black bean soup, but I'd never used the mix before and it turned out like brown cement.

Ick.

Soooo, the pots came out and the pasta went on the stove.

In the end, I had that salad plus a small burger patty with sauteed peppers of all kinds, colors and levels of hotness on a bed of whole wheat pasta. Sprinkle with reduced fat authentic Mexican cheese and the world is better again.

katzietootle 05-05-2010 11:42 PM

I don't know yet but I suspect it will have something to do with the whole wheat pasta I made extra of yesterday, the romaine and red onions I picked up today, and maybe some of the shrimp I have frozen.

:tease:

Is it dinner time yet?

Definitely not pudding.

Instead, I believe I will make a wonderful salad with chick peas, artichoke hearts, olives, feta and possibly a bit of grilled chicken (drizzled with a vinagrette).

Delicious!
