Only THREE of these women are actual *Politicians*.
Not enough. Not. Enough.

There's two that have been great for San Diego, Senator Christine Kehoe http://dist39.casen.govoffice.com/ and District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis http://www.sdcda.org/office/meet-da.html. Both are lesbians and highly visible in the community, ie seen at gay pride riding in a car. Sigh.........I miss San Diego.

Thank you. I think that Bonnie Dumanis forced a prosecution in my hit and run case at Pride.....somewhere around 2005. She was so nice.

I did some work with Mixner many years ago when still living in Los Angeles. At that time I was keenly aware of the lack of POC representation around the LGBTQ tables, rooms. No, I am not blaming Mixner for this. Things have changed a bit.

I have also worked with the staff people of some of our representatives, and activists. Let's not forget that there are many with unfamiliar names that are working hard and consitently for full and equal rights of LGBTQ people.

Linus, thanks for posting this information.
