Timed Out?

Just wondering what that meant under a members avatar.

It means they were put on a time out from the site for a period of time designated by Admin, Medusa, or one of the moderators. They cannot log in during their time out here. It also means they did something to cause the time out to occur such as break the TOS RULES.
