I had a taco with chips and queso blanco. I also had watermelon, cantaloupe, and M&M's.

I tried a new recipe: a roasted butternut squash galette with caramelized onions, mushrooms, spinach with a creamy vegan gouda sauce. Yup it's a keeper.

I found the recipe online and then put my own flare to it. :)

My youngest and I were craving Chinese so we went to the new buffet place. It was ok. I still haven't found a Chinese place that knocks my socks off...they all just suffice.

It had to be HUNGRY HOWIE'S PIZZA. I will sure miss not being able to jump in the truck and be at Hungry Howie's in five minutes. Honestly, this makes me kind of sad.

I had a grilled cheese, turkey, and tomato sandwich with a cup of tomato soup. It was yummy.

I made a low fat low carbs chicken picatta with roasted asparagus. The honey and roommate loved it.

Ive eaten nothing but junk all day...and the trend continues for dinner

I'm having ice cream...and possibly dill pickle chips. And I don't care. I'm hungry but I can't move enough to cook.
