I had the left overs from Easter. The other half of the grilled rib eye and twice baked potato. Oh so good, even as leftovers.

spring greens and spinach one bowl salad. Pulled pork, cheese, bbq sauce on one side, scoop of homemade potato (left overs from Sunday) and avocado, olives and a little steamed broccoli. Sweet vidalia onion dressing. It was soo good!
Half of a cheddar jalapeno muffin. I'll look for the sweetest blackberries in the refrigerator after I paint my nails. And that was the story of the last meal of the day..lol |
Grilled salmon, portabella mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini and yellow squash. Small glass of white wine.

I know, I know. This post is unnecessarily long.
I’m making dinner in my unnecessarily large crock pot. I chopped three onions and most of a cabbage. I added a few peeled cloves of garlic and a few slices of fresh ginger. I used soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and some chili garlic paste. I roughly chopped a package of tofu. At some point I added sugar and salt and pepper. I just snuck a piece of tofu, and OH MY GOD, it is delicious.
ETA I used two bouillon cubes and a liter of boiling water. |
Grilled chicken. I made up a marinade with olive oil, balsamic, lemon juice, garlic, basil, cilantro, salt and pepper. That was good.
Served with leftover grilled mushrooms and zucchini from last night. |

I’m making Carrot, Potato, and Onion soup in the crockpot, and it smells delicious. I have store-bought rolls and butter, and gruyere to put on top, yum yum.
