It was so good the first time around, I'mma gonna do it again. Seared scallops in curry and pepper, with penne pasta in alfredo sauce.

My son likes chili so, I put beans on to soak last night and I'm making a big pot of homemade chili for him - but he's not gonna be home to eat it: He's leaving for a cage match (his friend is fighting tonight:seeingstars:), but he will have lots to eat this coming week!
