coffee...so busy with cookies I haven't given Yule dinner that much thought, but definitely..A pear salad with arugula Frisbee and a raspberry vinaigrette..a baked Cornish game hen with dressing..not sure about dessert..i think fresh homemade gingerbread bears with vanilla ice cream!

actually that sounds good...haven't had any coffee yet but will have to have soon! ...I've been vacuuming and I have to say I want to be really really done with vacuuming :fastdraq:i am beginning to hate it ...towards the end of her life my mom hated it too..so I wonder if i'm becoming my mother, who was a clean freak and so am I..but lately not so much...I think partly it's an energy issue and the motivation is a little wanting...what does this have to do with coffee??!?...not a darn thing!...just whining(a little):byebye:

another option on Vegan toast-
 

toast whole grain bread and spread with 2 Tbsp Vegan refried beans or smashed black beans, next with, chopped tomatoes, green onion, roasted jalapeno slices and cilantro. Add slices a avocado on top. A touch of green salsa. Enjoy!
