The same thing I had for breakfast and lunch and dinner the past 3 days:

Toast :freetoaster:

I need impenetrable boundaries when it comes to germs from kids, perhaps a bubble or maybe one of those suits that are used when they raid a meth lab.

June,
I am emptying my freezer, my fridge and my pantry to make room for healthier spring fare! The mango pickle I made in 2006, and it keeps improving with age! I love the intense saltiness, spiciness, texture and fruity flavours of Indian pickle, and I usually make lime, lemon and mango pickle every year; the mango one I make with green mango, keeping ripe mangoes for chutneys.
Do you have some canning recipes for the cookbook?

I bought Pete some butternut squash ravioli, which I could honestly live the rest of my life without eating, blech, but I know she likes them. I think I will saute some caramelized onions and serve them with a little parmigian cheese.

girl_dee 04-01-2011 09:49 AM

Snapper! .....

Jesse 04-01-2011 02:17 PM

I just bought some Havarti cheese and turkey pastrami, so I think I will have that on sourdough and a cup of organic butternut squash soup.

Gemme 04-01-2011 10:42 PM

Ebon made baked tilapia and potato wedges that turned out more like home fries, but were soooo nummy good nonetheless. There was supposed to be asparagus too, but it had gone south when we weren't looking. He also made nummy good banana and cocoa milkshakes for both of us.

Venus007 04-02-2011 07:21 AM

bella Italiana

Tonight for dinner I am making. . .
creamy tomato basil soup
green beans wrapped in prosciutto and roasted
fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp
and for dessert oranges in marsala sauce
and of course espresso (I like mine with a lemon twist and sugar)

Although I am usually a hard core red wine only drinker, I found a Murphy Goode Chardonnay that I LOVE and can rarely find, the entire dinner tonight is because I found this wonderful wine and wanted to make something to go with it.

Gemme 04-02-2011 10:50 AM

Tonight's up to me and I haven't a clue.

If I feel better then, we'll go to a local gathering and pick something up along the way. If I don't, I suspect I'll be having something bland and maybe I'll bake some chicken thighs and veggies for Ebon.

Guy 04-02-2011 11:02 AM

I'm going to start clucking soon

Chancie 04-02-2011 04:24 PM

We are having pink beans, white rice, and yucca con mojo for dinner.

Yes, baby, you were my mango slave.
