found a low carb meatloaf recipe. So, I'm going to try that...not sure what I'll serve with it yet. Maybe a salad of some sort...hmmm

Last nights menu @ the House of Syr

Seasoned Pork Chops
Fried rice

w/ a nectarine, orange & peach compote (served hot) with whip cream

the low carb meatloaf was pretty good (different in texture because there was no breadcrumbs..more dense) and I ended up serving it with a tomato, mozzarella and basil salad.

Chicken stir fry with angel hair pasta and Ice Tea. I added extra thai chili's and oh boy' was it spicy, but really good. I think I may make my honey some sugar cookies :)

Hi,

I tried to eat a giant salad with beats, olives, cucumber, onions, cheese, croutons, and dressing. Unfortunately, I should have made a large salad not a giant salad because I could not finish it. Wimpy...wimpy.....haha!

Hmmm. Choices in empty kitchen.

1/2 bag of pretzels

5 hard boiled eggs.

some kinda sliced cheddar I think

or 10 tomatoes from the plants out front.

or 20 cans of cat food.

maybe egg n tomato cheeze pretzel sammich,

and feed the critters their stuff so they will leave my delectable dinner alone.

Turkey Burger Patties with my secret seasoning. Steamed Veggies, Watermelon.

I made a hearty beef stew from the left over roast from yesterday,really good.

sushi and green tea

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, french fries, cole slaw, and drop biscuits is what is being served at Casa de Snow this evening. Everybody is eating at different times tonight due to schedules and such.

I made seasoned pork chops, peas, kernel corn for my son and I. Thinking tomorrow we might have spaghetti with meat sauce and some cheese bread :)

It's a late dinner for me tonight but I made jambalaya with beef sausage and it turned out pretty good

Not sure what I am having for dinner tonight but lunch is going to consist of a rib eye steak 3 eggs over easy and garlic mashed potato pancake
Dinner will most likely be late again and be left over jambalaya with bread and butter...cooking for one is no fun even when you enjoy cooking like I do

herb chicken, spaghetti squash cakes (has green and red bell pepper, garlic, red onion, salt & pepper, egg whites and a pinch of flour to hold it together..fried in a pan until brown on each side) and asparagus...I think maybe angel hair pasta.
