For me it's both but I have to pick one so I will ..it's feel better for me because when I feel better I look better

Now that I'm looking at this question it's dumb ..lol... butttttttttt it was just on the news ..so I place the blame on them :blink:

I agree with the opinion that if you feel better you are more positive about your looks.

I pick feel better, as well. I don't think looking better would make me feel better.

See it depends on how bad I'd feel.
Right now I don't feel bad at all. So I would go for look better....
If I felt bad right now (being one who likes everything 15 minutes ago) I'd go with feel better.

And....to have loved is always better. Sometimes it reminds you of your best self and other times, it proves you still know how to stab tires.

I'm alright with the way I look and the way I feel. I guess if I could have a bounty of happiness, energy, laughter, good humor, absence of pain, vitality, generosity of spirit and a life of profound meaning vs plastic surgery to tighten up my lost-weight-skin-wobblies, I would PROBABLY choose the first. maybe. :)

Better to walk along the beach at sunrise. I love the start of the day when it is full of promise and I am full of energy. I am a morning person.

Yes! Yes! Feel better hands down!
Not only physical but emotional as well.
So many times things happen that just change
your whole day just by actions of other people.

As much as I love to read, I have many favorite books which would make it difficult to chose.

On the other hand, I do have two favorite shows: Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy. Both of which I have watched multiple times as they are so complex. Probably would chose Sons.

Feel better. I've got so lazy and I can feel it in my body, I feel like such a mushy potato. I'm almost at the point where I'm considering working out ;)
