I fixed a salad,a quatrerd hard boiled egg,greek olives,green olives,cuke slices with cherry tomatoes along with spring greens mix.A vinniagerett dressing with garlic herbs along with evoo...a big glass of unsweet tea.

a crock pot (slow cooked overnight) roast with couple bags soup veggies in it (carrots, taters, onions, okra, peas, limas, and corn)

I'm having a Mojito. It has spearmint which is a vegetable and lime which is a fruit. It's almost like a salad.

tostadas have beans, ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, jalapenos, sour cream, salsa on crunchy corn tortillas. beer.

We had mushroom spaghetti with a small cheese pizza and a little salad

We had .....sauerkraut and franks, green beans, creamed potatoes and hot yeast rolls.

Home made pizza. It was fantablous

We/we split a marinated chicken breast, grilled, and mushroom caps, stuffed fresh basil, fresh garlic, and a tiny, tiny amount of a smoky parm cheese,
broiled for just a couple of minutes to soften everything. |
I just found out my auntie made spaghetti sauce and made some meatless for me :) :) So I have a plate of ziti waiting at home for me....sadly it will be too late to eat when I get home...but theres always breakfast ;)

warmed up some ribeye that I had from a few days ago and some green beans. pepsi max to drink.

Going organic!
I had an albacore tuna steak, rare, sautéed with baby zucchinis, jalapeños, large New Jersey tomato, Kalamata olives, capers, a squeeze of lime..it hit the spot, and I shared with little doggie princess who loves fish! Glass of Chardonnay, espresso.
