I have not slept much tonight, but just made my self an cup of chamomile tea.

Water, exciting, I know.

I've got an old mason quart jar of water, to drink.....right after I have an strong cup of freshly brewed decaf coffee (with hemp milk and stevia).

Cafe con canela...water

Fennel Tea.

Fake orange pekoe tea. It's pretty good for fake though.

a cup of strongly brewed Roiboos Tea, with a splash of coconut cream and a sprinkling of Truvia.

Quart of chilled Spring water (on the side).

when I finish that, I am going straight to hot, strong coffee ... I cannot seem to feel warm this morning

I am taking a break ... drinking a root beer ... with not much ice ... do not need it ... about to go inside and get my jacket

so frustrated sitting here looking at this huge deep hole these dogs are digging right off the patio ... I have scolded them, slapped their fannies ... done everything short of a shock collar ... pardon me, I see it has become two deep holes :(

Get a big bottle of scented, alcohol hand sanitizer, drench a bath towel with it, lay it over the area that they are trying to dig. All 5 of my dogs hate that smell and it's not toxic to them.

I'm on my third quart glass jar of water and hope to get another one down by this evening (so hard to drink enough water, daily).

Water. Waiting on the water for tea to boil.

Protein powder in a thermos cup of watered down iced tea! My once a day drink that gives me 1/2 of my daily protein. Sometimes late but rarely forgotten.
