Egg salad sounds great! I have not had it for eons. Maybe I will boil some eggs!

Every time I read this thread I think to myself that all of you make awesome lunches!

I am having a turkey sandwich with a little leftover beef stew.

I am having homemade pork tamales and a cup of beef stew. Cold peppermint tea from home to drink.

After grocery shopping I didn’t feel like cooking, so I had club crackers with organic peanut butter and a glass of lemonade.

lunch was a sad sad sad excuse for a meal lol 2 containers of ritz breadsticks & cheese, 1 tortilla wrap dipped in salsa , 1/4 of an apple (before i realized it wasn't edible), 1 tiny shortbread cookie ...and a glass of diet soda because it was all that was around
