Lunch was more like brunch for me. I had eggs scrambled with heavy cream salt and pepper. I added some freshly grated parm cheese to the top and a couple slices of ham that was leftover.

Lunch was a 6 inch veggie Subway sandwich. 9 grain honey oat with vinegar and Chipotle Southwest sauce. All the veggies except onions and hot peppers.
I also had raspberry cheesecake gelato from Breyers. |
Today's menu was roasted pork with Emiril seasoning, scalloped potatoes with cheese, and roasted glazed carrots.

I am having fresh mushroom ravioli in olive oil and butter with link sausage. Yummy!

I had a huge chunk of watermelon with sea salt, a chipotle black bean burger with smeared avocado and a horseradish sauce on a mutli-grain sandwich thin and a salad with mixed baby greens, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, tomatoes and OG dressing. Yummy!

Very rich chicken broth, chicken I roasted diced up, diced celery, onion, potatoes, carrots, and homemade noodles. It is served as a soup not a pie!! Yummy! |

Sticky teriyaki cauliflower wings. I had no clue just how 'meaty' and hearty cauliflower could be until I found out how to properly batter them to give them more weight and substance. Might make some rice to go with them.
