Making chili wearing jeans again getting ready for the holidays the leaves crunching under my feet picking grapes at a winery and watching grape stomps Sunday drives to see the colors campfires at my brothers house while sipping on adult beverages |

Autumn is my favorite season of the year so I am excited about everything this time of year offers! I especially like being able to wear my boots again… My high-heeled boots my cowboy boots my knee-high boots all of them. I love being able to wear warm soft clothing like leggings and cashmere sweaters. I love being able to make several different kinds of meals-crisp cornmeal sage baked pork chops with fresh hot mackintosh apple sauce and steamed broccoli with butter & Parmesan, crispy homemade fried chicken with buttermilk biscuits and chicken gravy accompanied by fresh green beans or a fresh salad. Yummy pot roasts and stews in the crockpot and soups galore! I can smell the leaves outside my sliding glass door right now and it just inspires me and makes me so happy.
Of course the gorgeous fall colors, all the changes and all the excitement it brings. Preparing for winter being grateful I have all that I need and heading towards the season of Thanksgiving and of course my favorite Christmas when I get to see my family once again! |

The smell of aged leaves. Finally, a breeze with cool temps. Frost warnings. Lower humidity with the ability to take a nice deep breath.
