Oh, does this bring some sweet memories of my ex-mother-in-law (rest her beautiful Southern soul)! I order Ollie's by the case and have it sent to CA for all my BBQ. Just noticed some tomatoes are coming in out in my garden and yes, I pick 'em green for fried green tomatoes...

We had rice with sweet and sour chicken mixed with veggies plus My mom made (for the first time) asparagus topped with melted cheese :D

bulgar and quinoa

cucumbers in rice vinegar and garlic
