Chicago Dogs

We checked out a new place that open near home , A couple moved here from Chicago open up a new chicago dog cafe. In Texas! We don't have alot of Hot dog places around here , practically none seems Houstonians need to learn about those authentic chicago Dogs. I wish them luck because they were good.

In other news, it felt like a Happy Meal kinda night so I'm munching on some mcnuggets and fries...and I got a Strawberry Shortcake dolly...woohoo! :D

It hasn't been the healthiest of days for us today. Dinner is circus peanuts and hamburger with taco seasoning, Rotel, light sour cream, and finely shredded cheese blend.

Because I never cook, because I usually forget to defrost something, and the fish is the quickest. And the difference is that you have strogannof 3 days in a row. I only cook 3 days a month...so it's spread out. See? LOL

And I just saw where the Happy Meals have Star Wars finger boards. Get me one next time please. :D

I just finished putting together a huge pot of green chili stew. I love how the smells remind me of New Mexico. Did I say huge? I can hardly wait! ;)
