I usually tell myself, "this is only temporary" and "you CAN do this"...and my reserve is very strong so that I am able to get through rough patches.
Are these ever easy? Hell no! But they are usually fleeting, so makes these areas easier to get through. Like Katniss said above, I think of how fortunate I am to have a safe space, have relatively good health, am loved by my chosen family...my circle is relatively small, but damn are they ever powerful...they help carry me through the rough areas...every.single.time! |
