New or New to Me and Emerging Artists
 

I get a little giddy when I discover a new artist - whether it be a musician, writer, artist, playwright, poet, designer, actor, or some other creative. :)

I also enjoy seeing/hearing who other people discover for the first time; whether the artist is new on some scene or just new to you.


I just discovered Oddisee, and I'm blown away by the creativity and skill.

Never heard of these guys before a few weeks ago. But now I can't get this song out of my head.

Most may not be new to everyone, but I get behind...LOL

Music is a huge part of my life. I make a point every week to look for new music from people I know and new artists I've never heard of. It's a grand adventure!

Love this thread, as I am discovering new people I like all the time. I really love artists who are doing the retro 80s sound.

I’ve been scouting new music for a theatre project and have stumbled upon some lovely sounds. Not necessarily new artists, but new to me...
