Last night was taco night

Today we had Asian Chicken Salad for an early dinner

Red is coming home early evening and I have just put on a wonderful chuck roast with my famous dry rub and smothered the roast in onions, celery and red potatoes. Red loves coming home from a long weekend of intense workshops knowing dinner will be ready. :-)

Gemme had my a la mode...should have sent her the other pop tart in the package.

I'm doing my 4 cheese baked meatloaf (Fontina, provolone, mozzarella, fresh Romano), a nice escarole salad w/scallions, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and homemade garlic-parmesan dressing...w/a cracked pepper dusting on top.

I made chicken breast , corn on the cob, mushrooms and new potatos all on the grill last night, so tonight, leftovers! Yum
