Roast with garlic slivers, carrots, potatoes, and celery, with some onions..in a thick brown gravy and two of THOSE biscuits, with butter...yummmmmmm
Dessert later will be plain yogurt with honey and chopped dried fruits,....ty baby!!! smiles

Mmmmm...sounds yummy Honey! Actually i am having some of the same roast (and thank YOU Honey) but am stretching mine with a small dish of Quinoa (so i'll get another meal out of what you sent back with me)...my dessert is a few stray strawberries caught free ranging in the fridge...LOL

BTW - "Tater Salad" started begging for some of her Wild West Crunch...i think you created a monster Baby...:playingcat:

We had Mexican tonight. Shredded beef & cheese taquitos. Plus all the fixings (meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa) for tacos OR nachos, depending on your preference.

I had taquitos and deconstructed nachos.

I am taking leftover lettuce & tomato for lunch tomorrow. I turned those two ingredients into one of my super yummy salads.

i had...baked chicken, a baked potato, steamed veggies, salad, a roll, and for dessert...apple cobbler. :D

a mid-week dinner with friends...

chicken & beef fajitas
with homemade pico & guacamole

it's my job to pick up chips, salsa & queso from our favorite hole in the wall restaurant. Now, somebody better whip me up a pitcher of margaritas :)

I'm thinking of taking last nights leftovers and making tacos with them.
Not your conventional taco, but if I put it all in corn tortillas and eat them like tacos then that's what they are, right?
