We had chicken with fresh peas, asparagus spears, broccoli and a side salad.
It's been a chicken and salad week for sure. |
I made turkey burgers stuffed with chopped turkey bacon, sweet 'n smoky bbq sauce and the usual spices and flavorings plus a big salad on the side of mixed greens, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and ginger dressing.

If I'm going to be honest, I will say I had a lateish (2ish) lunch with my daughter...and I wasn't terribly hungry around dinner time....so...officially...I had sunflower seeds and an ice cream cone....and I'm ok with that... :)

Roasted pork chop and mashed potato and yellow squash and sweet tea and a bowl of salad w/dressing.

Whatever it is, it will be cooked over a campfire....so it will be GOOD.... :)

We had take out Chinese food. Chicken fried rice, almond guy ding and chicken soo guy, Singapore fried noodles and EGG ROLLS!!!!!

Homemade Chicken Tortilla Soup! Big chunks of chicken (cheated and bought a rotisserie chicken at the deli), rice, onion, cilantro, lime, tortilla strips and avocado wedges. Fried egg sandwich and (white cheddar and shell macaroni).

I made spaghetti pie last night, yum yum.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Let pasta and sausage cool, and mix together the first five ingredients. Pour into casserole, and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. |
