My daughter just finished making a very delicious smelling spinach and mushroom risotto - so we're definitely having that. Probably with salad.

I got overly breaded flounder, yummy rice and beans and gangly asparagus with hollandaise.

It was ok. I'm glad it's cheap at least

I had bacon & eggs.

baked tater with chili, cheese and sour cream. It was terrible! Wish I'd had something else. Don't know what but anything would have been better.

I'll be at a lesbian potluck so, I'm thinking... lots of hummus. But I'm bringing veggie sushi rolls to even it out :)

Baked chicken, pasta with Alfredo sauce, green beans, and either coconut cake or blueberry pie for dessert. Mint water to drink.

Roasted potatoes thrown in olive oil, with onion and garlic, salty and pepper, and rosemary. On the side I had roasted cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, sweet peppers and onion, with garlic, salty and letter and a little habanero spice mix I had up in the cabinet....and garlic naan
