I had a rack of pork ribs BBQ and a bunch of steamed spinach with lots of salt and pepper and butter........ yum

2 slices of thin crust personal pizza...had all the veggies, sausage slivers, & crumbled bacon....and a wee sliver of key lime pie....I drank protein shakes for other 2 meals today....so still in my 800 cal. range....

hot spicy chicken wings, 3 pieces, water and now some diet Dew.
tired of food, tired of cooking, tired of cleaning up kitchen, tired of doing dishes, tired from mopping said floor, tired of being the maid. guess I should find some other place to be huh? The beach sounds like a good place to start... Mechanic coming tomorrow, finally .... I love you Ralph!!! lol Humm, I want a Hibachi. Beaches go great with Hibachi and beer/wine. BYOB.... meet you at the Mermaid Cottage.... oh, and bring some chips please. |

I had homemade guacamole with fresh pico de gallo and chips. Ice tea to drink.

I had steak strips with Sante Fe corn and bbq sauce, pineapple coconut flavored water and a bowl of angel food cake chunks covered with steamy blueberries and juice and topped with a giant dollop of Cool Whip and a scoop of vanilla Frosty.

I made a chicken, avocado and artichoke wrap using a lo-carb, high protein wrap. I also added chopped cukes, tomato, feta and some romaine & topped it all off with a Greek dressing. Olives on the side. It was good and a lot cheaper to make my own instead of buying it from a restaurant, plus I have plenty for leftovers tomorrow. :)

It's Italian Tonight!
I was really craving Lasagne and I made the mistake of mentioning it to the guys that work with me. So now everyone wants Lasagne. So, I sent one of them to the store with a very long list of ingredience that is 2 hours away. Country Living!
After working too many hours, I spent 3 hours last night making two dishes of Lasagne, salad, and preparing the galic bread for tonight. I can't wait! I'm already starving! :farmtractor: |
Salad – to atone for popcorn sins either late last night or early this morning, whichever it was. I know popcorn can be healthy but um not the way I make it. The way I make it, it shouldn’t be called popcorn it should probably be called Flat Out Sin or something similar, I mean it’s just that hedonistic good, indulgent.

OK..at least I finally made it in the kitchen to make food. I wanted to make some spicy lentil patties, which I did. However, I made to many lentils. Looked in the fridge...found pinto beans, so, I made veggie burgers. Then made quinoa and rice with olive oil and rosemary.
