I made up a batch of home made chicken salad today so that's what we had for dinner.

Bbq chicken breast in the gril & baked potatoes & homemade mac & cheese & grill corn on cob

Taco Fries :) loaded with jalapenos, cheese, sour cream and salsa!

and either lemonade or sweet tea to drink

The smoked salmon and collard greens was so good, I forgot about cooking another veggie or something to go with it. :)

I cheated and went to DQ. I had chicken strips with honey mustard, french fries, and a piece of toasted Texas toast with butter. OMG! I really enjoyed that toast since I have been trying to eat low carb.

looks like it may be nothing... no one here seems to be volunteering to make dinner...including me.
