I was gonna throw some spaghetti together but we had a real late lunch of loaded baked potatoes, so I’m not sure now....:deepthoughts::deepthoughts:

No meat tonight. I like to alternate days between veg and meat dinners so it doesn't make my body work so hard at digesting food.

I'm making a quick and easy dinner with a combo. that I've selected that covers all food groups pasta - carbs, beans - protein, cauliflower, carrots and cucumber salad - veggies and I may add in peas as well depending on how many pots I have going and if I have enough burners.

A wafer-thin, bone-in pork chop and stir-fry veggies. My wok has been getting a lot of use lately.

Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and cornbread. Some people call it corn spoonbread. It's like dessert.

I had two pork tacos and two double stuffed Oreos. Cold peppermint tea to drink.

I made a cheese sandwich for breakfast and a turkey sandwich for dinner. I ate them both flying down the highway at 80 mph.

Not all that yummy but satisfactory.

Poached chicken breast with roasted carrots and caramelized onions. Baked potato with sour cream and chives. Tea to drink, half a fresh pear for dessert.

Wrangler's liver and onions made me so hungry for it. I bet I have not had it in years and I love it.

It's about to be crackers and my favorite chicken salad from Cosco. And maybe a cherry pastry from Cosco too.

Today is a date night out so I don't know what it will be but I know it won't involve me coming home from work to start cooking and cleaning up from it. Whoop!

Think I'll pick up Egg Foo Yung on my way home.
