Still too hot for a meal.

Veggie burger and french fries. Diet coke to drink.

Steak and a green salad

Tonight I'm having a salad of tomatoes, cukes, avocados, and red onion. Drizzled with olive oil, and lemon juice, sprinkled with dill.:hangloose:

I'm making breakfast for supper tonight, for my dinner guests (Jackie and her mom).

I baked a bunch of parsnips yesterday, then let them cool in the fridge. I take the baked parsnips and mash them into little cakes, then smoosh chopped walnuts onto each side of the cake, then fry them in coconut oil.

I'm also using Tofurky breakfast sausage and making little patties, which I cook in the skillet after I'm done cooking the walnut encrusted parsnip cakes.

For dessert, it's chunks of cantaloupe, sprinkled lightly with Chia seeds and sea salt.

Hot cocoa, to drink.

I had buttery corn on the cob with peppermint ice tea.

Yum!

- beef egg rolls
- beef lo mein
- a double handful of fresh cherries

Stopped at a drive in and had chicken nuggets and clam strips.

Tonight I am having one of my Costco burgers on a potato bun.

I ordered a steak salad but I didn't like the steak so I ate the toppings off the pizza instead.

I'm making ribs, potato salad, and corn on the cob. Y'all are welcome to join me.:hangloose:

Haha good point some of the other people that I was at dinner with ordered a large pizza

Lemon seasoned chicken breast and creamy parmesian brussel sprouts.

Jackie is coming over again tonight, so I'm going to make some organic romaine salad (with all the trimmings), and put a bottle of Pinot Gris in the fridge to chill.

We might even have a couple slices of cheese cake with cherries on top.

I have no idea if I'm sinning tonight with my choice of food, but it's been an incredibly weird day. I should be feeling better, soon. :rrose:
