I had a picadillo taco with chips and salsa. I ate apple caramel pie and drank grape vitamin water.

I am not a baker so I bought a lot of pies today.

A nice breaded spiced pork chop and a huge mixed salad.

A green salad with strawberries, bleu cheese, honey roasted pecans and balsamic dressing. Very tasty!

Homemade white cheddar potato soup with mixed veggies added.

Bland Stouffers Frozen Mac and Cheese doctored up with whatever complimentary spices.
And a mixed salad with Catalina dressing

I love Catalina dressing - I thought I was the only person left in the world who even knows what it is.

For dinner, I had:
- a chicken quesadilla
- Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream

Rotisserie chicken and stir fry veggies

- grilled cheese
- cream of tomato soup
- a few bites of sopressata salami
- applesauce

English bangers, perogies with 3 cheese on top, sour creme and salsa, sauteed onions.

Little Caesars thin-crust pepperoni pizza.

I made a lasagna and had a mixed greens salad. Now, I'm watching tv with my cat.

Purchased today, fresh rainbow trout fried in butter and steamed green beans.

If we can get someone to pick it up, we'll be having Buco Taco. It's an anomaly for this crappy little town, but great Mexican food nonetheless.
