Last dinner on the deck before going back to school tomorrow!
Steamed baby zucchini with olive oil, lemon zest, sea salt, a grinding of pepper and freshly grated parmiggiano, and toasted tartine of pain de campagne with creamy Saint André, glass of Chardonnay.

A gardnen stir fry:

Brussel sprouts (omg good!), zukes, yellow and green beans, garlic, onions,snow peas, brocolli, carrots, maters

Brown rice

sauteed chicken in maters, onions and mushrooms

Cooked carrots for the Syr who doesn't do stir fry!

That's what Teddy and I had for lunch...along with some chicken noodle soup!!

For dinner....my little one is making ham steak...sauteed in maple syrup....with mashed potatoes....and veggies..... :) Sometimes I'm very glad I procreated!

Lunch was great I wish I had been able to eat dinner it smelled yummy but my stomach wasnt having it

Amazing! Today I had a baked smoked pork shoulder, fried sliced potatoes, and green beans. I think we are running the same wave length. Maybe you better share with me today's menu so I know what to have tomorrow. *Chuckles.
