Salmon
Medley of mushrooms, onions, green peppers & garlic drizzled with olive oil
Grilled slowly then wrapped in a leaf of romaine.
Pineapple. Yes, grilled. Lol
Just lemon water.
Damnit, now I'm hungry. Lol

tonight I put some jumbo biscuits in the oven then when they were done and hot and fresh, I halved them and put a scoop of mash potatoes on top then some diced chicken with gravy, and mix veggies. sooo good! my girl gets home soon and I hope she enjoys my lil creation as much as I did. haha. :)

Took my neighbor/friend out for some Mexican.

The other half to my meal last night :)

i grilled chicken and brushed it with a pad thai sauce that i reduced down to a glaze. Stir fried wild rice with veggies and steamed broccoli.

I love those! Might have to have one tonight now... three bean curry tomorrow :)

Still working 10-12 hours a day, so tonight is going to be cereal if I can stay awqke long enough to eat it! :(

Beef roast that has cooked nice and slow in the crock pot and falls apart with a fork, mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn....yum

Fixin to make some grilled cheese and mater sammiches....with some soup....simple and satisfying! :)

Salmon, brown rice and asparagus! :-) and making Justin something else... Maybe spaghetti with turkey meatballs.

My cats had a Porterhouse steak, and I had a can of soup.
