my work family fed me :)
we had.... pasta with homemade sauce....very simple and basic which is the best way... and a mixture of collard, mustard and turnip greens cooked with a little onion, olive oil and smoked honey....which....is an amazing find. They got it at Trader Joes....it's beyond words.... :) |

Crispy baked chicken thigh, polenta topped with tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms, and half a mini baguette.

Angus dogs, Clauseen spears and the last of the lo mein. Weird combo but not bad.

I had dinner with my work family again...
they made.... okra soup which became more of a stew...so they served it over beautiful basmati rice... on the side....sauteed fresh green beans with some sort of sausage slivers... they eat organic AND cook very well....Im a lucky girl :) |
I am at work tonight. (Again)
And I took the mystery frozen cantainer today. It turned out to be a treat! Bowl of mixed beans with some smoky sausage. Looked to be new years day bean mix with lots of black eyed peas. Actually was pretty good. I think I'll make some now. Lol Sweet watermelon sun brewed tea |
semi home made fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy...then we went to braums for ice cream...nice dinner for thursday nite...
