Very toasty, very crunchy sourdough with yogurt butter. I have chicken sausage and veggies in the fridge but I just couldn't muster the energy.

Tiny bowtie pasta with sauteed veggies, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, multi color peppers, garlic, bacon bits; tahini tofu cubes, roasted, shaved brussels sprouts....my wife had me hot dinner when I got home I left at 1100am & I got back at 630PM

DESSERT: edible chocolate chip (mini size)
