I sautéed a ton of mixed peppers last night so my lunch will be some peppers with rice and chicken sausage. Perfect for a rainy, dreary day!

I am having homemade meatballs in brown gravy with onions and mushrooms over egg noodles. Ice to drink.

I am eating at my favorite Mexican food restaurant. My self designed plate includes a crispy beef taco, a chicken enchilada, beans, and guacamole. Ice tea to drink.

I just packed my late lunch of
Egg salad, lots of green onions!
Sliced strawberries with mascarpone cheese
And sugar free lemon pudding.

I've had pb&j sammiches the past two days. Not sure what tomorrow holds but I did pick up some more fruit spread so, maybe it's a trifecta?

Sausage links, eggs over medium, Potatoes O'Brien, milk to drink. So basically breakfast for lunch today.

Hard boiled egg, with lemon squeezed on it. It was in the same baggie as the half of avocado. So I squeezed it, actually was quite good.
Cheese chunks and a handful of cherry tomatoes.
Water to drink.

Nope. Today was roast beef and Applewood smoked turkey on multigrain bread with artisan lettuce and MW. Only thing that would have made it better was if I had tomato slices on it too.

I had an apple and water also.

My lunch was blah! Leftover pasta from the freezer. Blah blah! At least I had a brownie and tea.

I am so tired of my own cooking these days.

We had tacos (fish, chicken, veggie) and the works (guacamole, black beans, loads of veggies, sauces, Mexican torte, etc) and Champaign or sparkling cider.

The castle was nice with lots of updates. There was a small moat, a small draw bridge, wonderfully detailed inside, and somewhat modern. Not as dark as I remember it. Lots of wood (which I love) and stone. Too many steps for me, but the place was nice as well as the food and company.
