I will have the salade niçoise with seared tuna at my favourite French place in the West Village, with a glass of Chardonnay. My friend will have the mussels, served with the best french fries, and I will steal a few of those!

Ground turkey (cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, adobo seasoning, and garlic pepper. On top bell pepper onion shredded cheddar Jalapenos avacado sour cream tomato First time making them and boy were they good..(if I do say so myself lol) |

Tonight Ami made homemade meatball sub with mozzarella and peccerino, Parmesan. Yum I'm stuffed!

At this stage it's looking like Malaysian-style "beef" cooked with tamarind, pepper, five-spice powder and cashews served with steamed vegetables (broccolini, carrots, red bell pepper and bok choy) and steamed rice. Oh and a nice garnish of crispy fried shallotts and fresh spring onion. But it's early. I just finished breakfast!
