Last night, Luv made the most awesome meal! Jasmine rice with chunks of juicy chicken with garlic, lime and lemon seasoning and a side of sauteed veggies. Yum!

at the allied media conference since thursday, heading home tomorrow...i've been having the most amazing lebanese food all the time. my diet has basically consisted of hummous, tabbouleh, kufta or shawarma, fresh pita, greens w/tomatoes and cucumbers, mujaddara, and water. plus fresh fruit and greek yogurt at breakfast/snacktimes. this needs to be my diet every day.

Being its hot and muggy hear I have been keeping the meals light and cool.Today we had cold chicken salad stuffed tomatoes and saltine crackers for me and my son had chicken salad sammies with chips,with cold watermellon for desert.

Tonight is going to be Swiss Steak over mashed potatoes....it's already simmering and smelling good. :chef2:

last night I made boneless skinless chicken breasts with an italian cheese breading, broccoli cheese rice and carrots.
tonight I think it's hot dogs, fresh corn on the cob and chips. |

Tonight I am making tacos with white corn shells, seasoned extra lean burger, alfalfa sprouts, tomato and a blend of cheeses.

Nothing until the critters get fresh water and food....been out of power for 24 hrs. But PTL nothing was damaged here at the house in the storms of last night.

working late tonite, just grabbed a hot dog, with cheese, ketchup and relish. Dessert was a fresh juicy peach.

Hot and sour soup...Hoping it will fix up this cold! It usually works like a charm.

We had a late lunch out at our favorite mexican place...so tonight I just threw some pizza rolls and popcorn chicken in the oven for my guys to eat while playing WII
