Tonight I am going to make a taco salad, (paleo version) with a creamy avocado dressing, and baked plantain chips on the side.

Spaghetti is on the menu I hear.

I feel like a bottomless pit tonight...

I had two chicken thighs I had leftover from a potluck and a ginormous sweet potato...

Now I'm fixin to make some sorbet. I sure hope that does the trick...

Grilled chicken and a chopped kale salad.

- NY strip steak, medium rare
- Lyonnaise potatoes
- Green beans

I am grazing on fruit and chips with queso.

A steak sounds good though.

I grilled some drumsticks this evening and I am having the meat from a couple of those on a salad of romaine hearts, kalamata olives, pepperoncini slices, grape tomatoes and grilled peache slices. In place of dressing, I poured a little of the pepper juice over the top of the salad. Good Food!

I had a veggie burger, two ears of corn, and grilled beets. Sounds weird but they were amazing.

Had homemade pizza:
chopped kale, cottage cheese, banana slices and Sriracha sauce on Melba toast.

Had pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut. It was better than nothing.

you know, sometimes I think I could post that i had racoon crap on a pine cone here and:
a quarter of the people would just say "thanks";
a quarter would suggest condiments;
a quarter would ask for the recipe;
and a quarter would report an old lesbian with a tasteless sense of humour.

I had grilled wild Alaskan sockeye salmon topped with grilled peach & avocado salsa that I made earlier today, and chopped romaine leaves quickly sauteed in a hot skillet with minced garlic and ghee.
