I had yummie sushi with CydKitty! Mmmm.....

Last night I whipped up pan seared swordfish and home made au gratin. Ami made her spaghetti and some brownies.
Tonight, left over au gratin and a salad..

Popcorn and some kinda drink. Going to the movies! Well, the corn's high fiber ... lol

I made some excellent steaks and chicken on the grill. Corn on the cob and salad. yum

my step mom is out of town...so dad and i are playing it bachelor style...we're ordering a pizza.

I am thinking about cooking spaghetti tonight. I love the flavor of Kraft Spaghetti Classics Tangy Italian. It comes in a very small box and is difficult to find sometimes in the grocery stores. Everything is in the box - spaghetti noodles, spice mix and parmesan cheese. You just add water to the packet of spice mix and a six ounce can of tomato paste. I recently picked up two boxes. I think I will make both boxes - add hamburger, bell pepper and onion. Mercy! I am making myself so hungry for it NOW and it is only mid afternoon.

I intend to cook a three pound sirloin tip roast in the crock pot overnight - thawing it out now. I used to put a packet of onion soup in with the roast but it made the whole entire house stinky so now I use a few beef buillion (<--- spelling??) cubes. I can unplug it in the morning and put it in refrigerator. Both my dog and I can munch out on it next week. I will make coleslaw and boil some potatos and carrots to drop in the crock bucket after I unplug it. My dog is crazy about cole slaw - this is probably the only food that she will be rude enough to beg for. Tried once to put the veggies in the crock pot and cook with roast but the veggies disentegrated. :( I so much prefer the sirloin tip or shoulder beef roasts over the chuck roast. To me, I find the chuck ones are so damn greasy.

I gave into a craving I've had for a few days now. I had tomato sandwiches! Oh, so yummy and fresh! :tease:

probably a pack of creamcheese/chive crackers, because the stroganoff I labored over today to bring to work tonight is still sitting in the fridge at home where I forgot it... :(

Green beans, salmon croquettes, and iced tea.

A sandwich on homemade sour dough, toasted, with garlic mayonnaise, thickly sliced tomatoes from the green market, thickly sliced bacon still warm from the pan, basil leaves and Romaine lettuce! With a glass of cool Chardonnay, it was heaven! I am thinking of a chocolate dipped biscotto for dessert, with a cup of Roibos tea.

Smothered steak and potatoes, green beans, and salad. Cookie dough ice cream for dessert if Danny or Joe want it.

Beef enchiladas with chili con queso, rice & beans.....chips and green salsa.......and we shared a slice of chocolate tres leches cake.....

Heaven.

Ummm...I forgot to eat dinner. :|

Diva..darn now I wish I had me some Tex-Mex..yessss love it.But Insted I had hawiian porkchops,southern cooked string beans with fruit salad for desert.

I made a whole wheat pizza... :thumbsup:
