I made us a nice ravioli with an apple-walnut pesto topping and shaved Parmesan. SB also had some peppered chicken to go with. SUPER yum...sweet and nutty.

For the moment, I am having a smoothie made with yogurt, frozen mixed fruit, banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Once I get cooled off, I'll figure out what's for dinner.

Leafy greens, walnuts and a raspberry vinaigrette with a tomato roll up (no bread in the house so a whole wheat wrap did the job) and flavored water.

Steamed artichoke with herbed mayonnaise, poached chicken breast with roast tomatoes in garlic and olive oil and tiny French green beans, glass of Pinot Noir.

I'll be making a roast, potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms in a red wine sauce.

Tonight I will be grilling some shrimps, served with small roast garlic potatoes, a green salad, and thick slices of heirloom tomatoes. A glass of Chardonnay, and a walk to Haagen-Dazs ice-creamery for dessert!
