Last night Papa put on hys Chef hat and made a DEEEEEEElicious meal:

I had some homemade chicken soup rice and salad..yogurt later for a snack..

Smoked oysters, a few fresh blueberries, some sprouted peas and assorted beans, a small salad, and rice cake with artichoke hummus and tabouli.

it's leftover night here at the midnight blues ranch. what began as baked pork chops will become pork fried rice tonight. wonder if baked beans and mashed potatoes will work with that....

My wife is at a dinner meeting for work... so I am gonna grill up some steaks (enough to get creative through the week for lunches), bake a potato, and make a big ole salad for din din...

My honey baked some nice thighs and onions in a honey soy sauce and some bourbon grillin' beans on the side.
I'm about to go into the kitchen to cook tomorrow's dinner so I can bring it to work and Ebon won't have to worry about it. I'm not sure what I'm going to make, but it's going to have turkey sausage in it. |

Tonight SnackTime prepared dinner for us!
It was fabulous AND healthy fettucini alfredo, salad and bread.....For desert, a choice of banana nut muffins or chocolate chip! (Papa had both). AND......fabulous company with the princess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wine: |
Tonight I'll have: Cheese fondue, wine, and sliced fruit for dessert.

After I get back from my "unexpected, unplanned and frustrating" Lupus exam HR has set up at a hospital an hours drive from me, I'm craving REAL tacos from the restaurant Blade bought some at the other night....they smelled so YUMMY that I've been thinking about them ever since. It would make a nice treat for after the hospital trip.
