A veggie sub from Subway.

I had a late lunch at my favorite Jamaicanish restaurant..

It was linguine with mussels and scallops...tomatoes and squash...all in a white wine sauce. Quite good.

I had never tried mussels before. They are less squishy than clams. Very good.

Dessert was....

Peppermint cheesecake with tiny chocolate chips and a dollop of chocolate frosting.....

I finally went to my local (like throw a stick and hit it) bakery and it's amazing. I also have a caramel brownie for tomorrow...if it makes it that long. It's awful purty

I felt like celebrating a little today :)

spicy black bean patty and cottage cheese

pesto on penne pasta

lemon hummus on Club crackers
broccoli and sharp cheddar cheese soup

Panang curry and pot stickers.

Homemade burger with cheese, bacon and the works. Iced tea to drink.

I had crab and garlic bread - yum!

I did the leg work for chili this morning and put it on low in the crock while I went to my interview...

It has 3 kinds of beans, three kinds of pepper..four with jalapeno...tomatoes, ground turkey and some Turkey kielbasa that I had leftover ..various spices...I made rice on the side

For dessert I'm having a caramel brownie from the bakery.. Yum

I went to a Mongolian bbq last night. Yum. Lamb and cabbage and jalapenos and stuff. Tonight, I don't know. Going out, but I don't know where.

boneless chicken breast cubes with thai sweet chili sauce as a dipper

Cheese ravioli with tomato and feta.

Roasted eggplant and mushrooms, both stuffed with wild rice pilaf (slivered almonds, celery, onion, dry cranberries, and some fresh herbs) and drizzled with tahini dressing.

Roasted butternut squash topped with fresh cooked cranberries.

Carrot Souffle

My guests are bringing dessert, so, that will be a surprise.

I think I will have some fancied up ramen noodles.
