Tonight was KFC for the parents and me since I started the practicum today! Crispy and original with mashed taties, gravy, and cole slaw. We even had company for dinner. The minister stopped in. I was surprised he joined us for dinner. Was refreshing to have his company tonight for our meal. :-)

Well it should be healthier on the road?! You'll be happy to know that while going over what the company expects from us the first two things listed were...

1. Must take a shower at LEAST every other day.

2. Eat at least one hot meal a day.

amazing fresh mahi mahi in mango marinade, yellow rice, avacado and grilled veggies.

Just finishing hot dog #3 with a whole vidalia onion ...large very cold milk. When these onions are in season, I do not play. They are so sweet and crunchy, having just one slice or two would piss me off .
