Dumped some canned pinto beans on a paper plate. On top of that, I put diced jalapeno peppers, hot sauce and grated cheese. After I nuked it for 3.5 minutes, I spooned a little sour creme on top. Drank grape kook-aide with it.

I just lost my post. :(

Let's just say I enjoyed my dinner and am quite satisfied. I am still drinking the large glass of grape kool-aide I had with dinner.

My Mom made radish soup with jasmine rice on the side and for dessert was ambrosia and custurd pie.

I see the post I made that I thought I lost did make it after all. Now it is not just my cell phone that is wigging out ... my laptop has joined in too.

There will be a :vigil: here in an hour for Brock's beloved gadgets. LOL!
(that sounds funny to me ----> "Brock's beloved gadgets." I think I am tired. I get punchy when I am tired. :|

Leftovers! Enough foie gras for one toast, carrot/ginger soup, half a duck breast and one lovely sweet potato pancake, and I'll make an endive salad with fennel and oranges...a great Bordeaux....nice meal!
