Dumped some canned pinto beans on a paper plate. On top of that, I put diced jalapeno peppers, hot sauce and grated cheese. After I nuked it for 3.5 minutes, I spooned a little sour creme on top. Drank grape kook-aide with it.

Posole soup
 
Posole or Pozole soup is made with pork & hominy and chilli peppers preferably chipole peppers served with cilantro sometimes served with avacados and tostada shells

I'm going to grill some chicken breasts that have been brining for a while. I'll also make garlic mashed potatoes and either brussel sprouts or broccoli.

Leftovers! Enough foie gras for one toast, carrot/ginger soup, half a duck breast and one lovely sweet potato pancake, and I'll make an endive salad with fennel and oranges...a great Bordeaux....nice meal!
