69 degrees outside.sunny.. so cranked up BBQ and grilled a NY steak and cottage cheese.

pork chops in brown gravy slow roasted in crockpot....brown and wild rice mix........steamed veggies medley....fresh local strawberries......

Chicken cooked in a special stir fry sauce that is just the right amount of spicy. Probably a salad too and some rice and corn.

Sweet garlic chicken breasts, yellow squash and sweet potatoes.

Keeping it light today marinated chicken breast sauteed with onion and garlic and some baked asparagus.

This is one of my late nights so it will just be cottage cheese and blueberries when I get home. So I will just have to day dream about tomorrow's dinner.... Which will be chicken with oven roasted garlic, onions and tomatoes, creamy risotto and a salad.

Cod with tomato and fennel sauce and cucumber salad. A chocolate dipped strawberry for dessert. :)

Dinner was missing veggies but I had steak, a big bowl of fresh fruit (blueberries, blackberries, red seedless grapes and strawberries), Doritos and dessert (small piece of cake with real frosting and Breyers Black Cherry ice cream). So good!
