Easy peasy: spaghetti with meat sauce and peach crumble for dessert. :)

Glass of French Cabernet, toasted whole wheat Italian sourdough with goat cheese, prosciutto, and thinly sliced hothouse cucumbers....lovely! Maybe a cranberry orange scone for dessert???

i havent gotten home from work (its about 1.5 hours on the bus), but i will be having the same thing as last night since i forgot my lunch at home today. ah well. less cooking! :-D

Tonight we took The Boy to The Melting Pot for his 15th birthday. We had apples/bread/veges in cheese fondue, salad, and chicken, shrimp, tuna, steak, lobster, and pot stickers in the broth fondue stuff, then yummy s'mores chocolate fondue and yin/yan chocolate fondue (dark and white choc). That is all.

salmon burger on grilled whole wheat toast..
