I made egg salad. We had sandwiches with cucumbers and I had some chips too!!!

My honey made me baked boneless, skinless chicken thighs with chunky veggies and some brown rice.

Chicken thighs baked with butter n onions, yellow squash, sweet peppers and some leftover broccoli n cheese.

then a little later some garlic hummus and pita then a little later some roasted brussel sprouts then a little later some strawberries and blueberries I think I am finally done |

My sister and I were in the middle of making dinner (Sheppards pie, coleslaw, mashed turnips) when my SIL called from the local pizzeria. A bunch of them went there after doing some stuff at work - and they wanted us to join them.
So - pizza & IPA. |

Several mini sweet peppers stuffed with jalopeno and a yogurt ranch dip, then baked. Yum!
