Update..right now i'm having snow..lots..i don't especially like snow:pirate-steer: @ some point there will be fried chicken, country gravy, mashed potatoes & honey carrots

We had a food truck here tonight.

So tonight, it was so not called on my diet night! But hey, its super cold..lol

Fries with an Asian flair. Scoop of kimchee and some grilled chicken. All kinds of good sauces zig zagged across them. ( my lips have been warmed up with the spicy stuff)

Diet root beer

I grilled steaks. I roasted spaghetti squash and it was so much better than last time. Rice as usual and salads for three of us. I ate so much squash that I wasted my salad.

Yes! It has a couple shades of green in the mix plus red. Super festive and yummy!

Your food sounds good. Switch out the peas for greens and that's my New Year's Day dish.
